[Ciimplementer] Assistance with XML error

The XML schema validator at corefiling.com<http://corefiling.com> will report the line and position of the problem -- it might even name the element.

Error: The submission cannot be processed because it does not comply with MedBiquitous CI standards. The submission has been rejected.<br>cvc-minLength-valid: Value '' with length = '0' is not facet-valid with respect to minLength '1' for type 'NonNullString'.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
