Subject: [Ciimplementer] Question about Clerkships

Hi. We have a number of Clerkship Sequence Blocks (all defined with the tag <ClerkshipModel>rotation</ClerkshipModel>) but they all JUST reference nested Sequence Blocks. The Sequence Blocks nested under the Clerkship Sequence Blocks have all of the Events and Objectives.  Our Clerkships don't have any Events or Objectives related directly to them.  This seems to be causing the Clerkship page on the Verification Report (Table 3) to be empty...?  When I accidentally had the Clerkship tag on some of the nested Sequence Blocks, they WERE appearing in Table 3, but each of those are not separate Clerkships, so we don't really want it to appear that way.

Main Question
Do the Clerkship Sequence Blocks have to have Events and/or Objectives directly under them for the Clerkships to appear in Table 3?


Example:
In the example below, we were hoping "Clerkship 1" would appear in Table 3.

Walter should confirm, but according to the technical guide for the verification report,


"The Clerkship table in the Assessment Methods second contains the Sequence Block titles that were tagged with <ClerkshipModel>. Only using the <ClerkshipModel> tag will result in inclusion; just including the word ?Clerkship? in the title will not automatically result in inclusion."


So it sounds like the content of your nested sequence blocks in your situation aren't going to show up in this table.
