I guess you must get busier. It is time to start another year CI report process. I forgot how to post a question to the group. Can any of you remind me? I have questions about clerkships and selectives/electives. If you don't mind, I will ask you two first. I may post the questions in public Our third years is clerkship years. The students will be requested to attend all clerkships we offered in a rotation format. My questions are 1. If we have 5 clerkships, should I created top sequenceBlock called clerkships, order=parallel minimum=5? 2. Then inside the top block, it has 5 nested sequenceBlock to represent the 5 clerkships, is that right? 3. If a clerkship has 4 rotations, each rotation is 4 weeks. In the clerkship block, I know the duration should be 20 days to represent 4 weeks rotation. How about the startDate and endDate? Is that the startDate of the first rotation and endDate of the first rotation? Or is it startDate of the first rotation and endDate of the LAST rotation. I remember it should be the endDate of the last rotation, just double check. Questions about selective and elective. In our school, we have more than 200 elective courses. Each course is 2 weeks or 4 weeks. Students can choose them through our lottery system, but they are required to take minimum 46 weeks courses. Although we call it electives, I think in CI term, it should be selectives, right? Elective means optional, you can take or not. But we require students to take 46 weeks courses at least.
